bulkcrop.ai is a free, browser-based image cropping tool that:

• Crops and edits images in your browser
• Provides AI-powered smart detection for automatic framing
• Exports images in various formats

Your Responsibilities

• Use the service legally and ethically
• Only process images you have rights to use
• Don't attempt to abuse or overload the service

Image Processing

• Images are processed in your browser
• Smart Detection sends compressed images to our server for detection only
• Images are never stored — processed in memory and immediately discarded
• You retain all rights to your images

Intellectual Property

• Your images: You own them. We don't claim any rights.
• Our service: The bulkcrop.ai website, design, and code are our intellectual property.

Service Availability

• Provided "as is" without guarantees
• May be modified or discontinued at any time
• No guarantee of uptime or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Not liable for damages arising from use of the service
• Not responsible for loss of data or images
• Total liability limited to $0 (this is a free service)
